A Bit About Me

Let's get strong together

     I am a Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Specialist in Corrective Exercise. My passion is to guide my clients toward a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. You don’t need to spend hours in the gym or use fancy machines to feel and look great. I’ll teach you how to get the most out of your time with what is available to you. Whether you have 15 minutes or an hour, you will get the most BANG for your buck with me.  It’s about quality. My training is focused on quality exercises, quality form, and therefore quality input and output.  

I am also a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, an expert in human movement. This specialization allows me to accurately analyze a client's movement patterns, identify overactive and underactive muscles, and potential movement compensations and impairments.  I can facilitate in regaining proper neurological control of movement patterns and posture through designing the most effective and efficient programs.

       My method is to promote a well balanced exercise regiment using basic equipment.  Working out should be fun, not a chore or something you dread.  I teach  my clients the significance of form + posture to get the most out of each move.  I make it fun + engaging so it’s something to look forward to each day. I want my clients to feel confident + view exercise as a positive part of their day. I aim to help you reach your fitness goals + influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

 Fitness isn’t a punishment, it’s a blessing. It may not look the same for everyone, but it is something worth striving for.  Let’s do this!
