All of my specially curated classes are approx 1hr long, filled with engaging exercises that are sure to target the areas specified in the description.

No classes are exactly the same.  I change it up to keep you on your toes and keep your muscles working!

Exactly how it sounds. We  work those three A's for 60minutes.  No class is ever the same. Sometimes we burn, sometimes we build muscle, but every time we work hard!

The title says it all.  These pesky areas always need some tough love.  We’ll hit them all through a variety of exercises + combinations using light weight resistance to help tone + lengthen.  Let’s do this!

HIIT

Sweat-It-Out

This class will begin with a full body “wake up” warm up and transition into a circuit format that will kick your butt into shape! This class is intended to be done at a very high level of intensity.  Quick transitions, minimal breaks.  Trust me, you will definitely burn those calories - enough to enjoy a big glass of wine later in the evening :)​​

Booty + bands, bands + booty - we are going to firm it all up in this class. We will use those bands in ways you’ve never imagined, all for the love of some tight buns. Disclaimer: be prepared to be feeling it in the tush for the remainder of the day!

Probably my favorite class I teach! :) lots of punches in bunches with some boxing hiit moves.  This 60min conditioning class flies by with constant movements, punching combos, + lots of free styling.  Whether you’re a boxing guru or new to it, you’ll have a great time + get a sweat! I start the class with basic technique instructions + then we get right to those rounds.  While it’s bodyweight only, it’s very different from my hiit class. Give it a try, i bet you’ll be HOOKED!

FLOW + TONE-IT-UP

This class will use bodyweight + light DBs (if available).  We will begin with a flow that warms us up and loosens up our muscles and then will transition into toning and lengthening movements.  You'll feel the burn and finish up feeling strong, centered, and sweaty :)

In this more advanced class, we develop muscle growth and strength building by overloading our muscles and building the fast twitch and slow twitch muscles in unison through superset movements.  It's all about control and form to get the most bang for your buck.

This class does it all in this full body workout + will incorporate a bit of everything- high intensity, low intensity, HIIT, strength, + of course, abs! We will get a nice warmup with some flexibility + stability work, + then transition into various circuits- some body weight, some weights, combining a bit of each class to really get the most out of the workout!

Just like those good ol’ college days, but a bit different :)  This class is packed with fun, sweat, + a great play list.  60 moves….60 minutes…..no repeats.  Usually this is how we kick off the weekend.  Who doesn’t love a killer Friday power hour?

Cards aren't only for playing games. In my infamous Deck it Out workout, we bust our asses as we work through a deck of cards- each suit is a move. I will push you and motivate you to work hard and make it through.
